Introduction to the Process of Steel-Lined PTFE Products
Polytetrafluoroethylene (F4), due to its excellent dielectric properties and chemical corrosion resistance (except for fluorine at room temperature and alkali metals in a molten state), is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, textile, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, mechanical, electronic, electrical, power, food, aviation, military, and scientific research due to its non absorbent, non stick, non-conductive, low friction coefficient, and non aging properties.
Our company has collaborated with internationally advanced anti-corrosion technology companies to research and develop anti-corrosion plates for the lining of super large tank liners, roller coating for the lining of small and medium-sized equipment, and spraying or molding of various specifications of pipeline fittings and related equipment, effectively solving various anti-corrosion problems encountered by users in the production process.
(1) Board lining process: It has been widely used internationally and accepted by some users in China. The lining materials and auxiliary materials used are provided by professional foreign manufacturers. The process is advanced, the treatment is reliable and guaranteed, and it can solve the three major problems of cleanliness, temperature, and corrosion resistance in the chemical industry. It also solves the problem that it is not limited by manufacturing equipment. At present, we have successfully manufactured fluorine lined anti-corrosion coatings for large storage tanks with a diameter of 5 meters and a length of over 15 meters in polycrystalline silicon and epoxy propane projects, which have received high praise from customers.
(2) Roll coating process: Currently widely used in China, it is not limited by the shape or complex structure of the equipment itself, and can be seamlessly and seamlessly formed in one go. The selected materials can be determined according to the medium temperature and working conditions. Currently, our company's roll coating equipment can produce anti-corrosion equipment and pipelines within 3.3 meters.
(3) Spray coating process: This process has been widely used in the chemical industry, pulp and paper industry, food industry, and semiconductor industry. Our company has developed a series of products, with main raw materials including PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), ETFE (polytetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), ECTFE (ethylene trifluorochloroethylene copolymer), FED (perfluoroalkoxy F46) products, and PFA (perfluoroalkoxy resin).
