Glass lined agitated filter manufactured by kingsmate

Shandong Kingsmate®New Material Machinery Co.,ltd designated and produced 5000liters glass lined agitated filter contracted with user in Indonesia. 

This filter is used for impurified wasted water including salty and acid. The liquid is rotated through agitating in tank, the temperature is rised by steam which is flowed in reactor's jacket. The water in liquid is evaporated to steam then pumped into heat exchanger, the slurry material is fallen to the bottom section passing filtering plate that is made by PTFE.

Actually, the function of this type of glass lined agitated filter is similar with our another equipment--glass lined wiped falling film evaporator,which introduced in our website. Comparing with the falling film evaporator, this agitating filter is suitable for the material including solid granular.
